• What payment methods are accepted? All credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex.  As well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

• How can I ensure my order went through? After you place an order, you will see an order confirmation page containing your order number. If you do not see an order confirmation page after submitting your order, your order was not submitted successfully. You will also receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address entered during check out. You can access information on all your orders by creating and signing into your account. If you have any issues retrieving this information, please contact us at orders@altraprofuture.com. 
• How much is shipping? We offer complementary express shipping the United Kingdom on all orders and complimentary international shipping on orders over £350. International shipping rates for orders under £350 are calculated at checkout.
• What is your returns policy? We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges on unwanted items. Customers in the UK, EU and EEA have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases. Orders delivered elsewhere are final sale, subject to applicable consumer law. Please see our Shipping & Returns page full Returns Policy for eligibility, time limits and return instructions. If you would like help choosing a fragrance, please email orders@altraprofuture.com or order our Preview Set to experience all five Altra scents.
• Do you offer samples? We sell our Preview Sets as a cost-effective way to experience the full collection and discover the scents that are best for you. When you purchase a Preview Set for £20, you will be able to redeem this cost against your chosen full-size scent.
• I bought a Preview Set, how do I get my £20 credit? When you purchase a Preview Set your £20 credit voucher will automatically be emailed to you within 2 days with your code and instructions on how to redeem it. If you haven’t received it after this, please contact us stating your order number, at orders@altraprofuture.com. 
• Can I use my Preview Set credit to purchase another Preview Set? The £20 credit is only redeemable towards a full-size purchase or refill.
  
  

• Are all Altra scents Vegan? Yes, all Altra scents are 100% vegan, natural and cruelty free.
• What is in natural perfume? We only use oils and concentrates that come from plant sources - these include flowers, wood, seeds, leaves, peel, resins. We use different extraction methods (steam distillation, Co2 distillation, absolutes, concretes, fractional distillation) of these natural materials to make our concentrates, which are then blended into Certified Organic alcohol produced from grain grown in Italy. We never use any synthetic, nature-identical or animal origin ingredients.
